| Addition to its supervising government administration, it also
voices for the people. The Kaohsiung County Council is a
link between the government and the people. In Kaohsiung
County encompasses a large area, the distance between
towns and villages is significant.
There are many facilities and regional constructions,
requiring the support of the upper government. From now on
, the council will unite and try to understand the needs of the
people. In addition to reflecting the people's opinions, it also
seeks support for regional constructions and promotes a
variety of social welfare measures. We, councilors, are on
behalf of the electors, work for them and do our best to
complete the task they have given us.
