::: COMMITTEES AND THE PROJECT GROUP |

During the session, the council establishes the Examination Committee to audit county government's affairs, the Procedure Committee examines the agenda and the Discipline Committee inspects the punitive cases.
All the regulations set by the council, passed by the Assembly, then put them into practice and deliver a copy to the Ministry of Domestic Affairs for checking. Those organizations and functions are as follows: |

EXAMINATION CONIMITTEE: |

Examination committee 1: (The First Committee)
Examines the proposals and inspects the reports of budgets and disbursement submitted by the Bureau of Civil Affairs (contain the items of each household registration), Secretariat Office, Administration Planning Office, Personnel Office, Legal Office, Aborigine Bureau, Discipline Office, Information Office and other relevant units. |

Examination Committee 2: (The Second Committee)
Examines the proposals and inspects the reports of budgets and disbursement submitted by Finance Bureau, Accounting Office, Section of Tax Administration, Bureau of Social Affairs, Labor Bureau and other relevant units. |

Examination Committee 3: (The Third Committee)
Examines the proposals and inspects the reports of budgets and disbursement submitted by the Construction Bureau, Engineering Bureau, Waterfront Engineering Bureau and other relevantunits. |

Examination Committee 4: (The Fourth Committee)
Examines the proposals and inspects the reports of budgets and disbursement submitted by the Education Bureau(contain stadium and all countries people's primary and junior high), Culture Bureau and other relevant units.

Examination Committee 5: (The Fifth Committee)
Examines the proposals and inspects the reports of budgets and disbursement submitted by the Police Bureau (contain the animal to defends the disease, fishery management), Bureau of Fire Brigade, Transportation Bureau (contain the every place politics item), and other relevant units. |

Examination Committee 6: (The Sixth Committee)
Examines the proposals and inspects the reports of budgets and disbursement submitted by the Agriculture Bureau, Bureau of Land Administration, Health Bureau, Environment Protection Bureau and other relevant units. |

PROCEDURE COMMITTEE: |

There are 11 members, the Speaker and Deputy Speaker included, who also are the caller and deputy caller. The other 9 members, selected by the Speaker, are from their own examination committee, scan the proposals of the day, sort and combine of proposals, examine the contents and procedures of proposals, and time distribution for interpellation. |

DISCIPLINE COMI~IITTEE: |

Among councilors, the Speaker elected 5 members passed by the Assembly to resolve transferred punitive cases. |

PROJECT GROUP: |
| |
With the powers and duties of the council, if cases regarded as necessary for special research or collection of external information, the Assembly should pass and set up a Project Group. The number of members and the caller of the Project Group are decided by the Speaker from among councilors and submitted to the Assembly for passing. |
